If you wish to cancel an order simply contact us and provided the order has not been despatched you will receive a full refund.

Orders are processed and despatched as quickly as possible. We try to post all items the next working day, and orders will usually be delivered to UK addresses within 2-3 days. However please allow upto 7 working days for delivery before enquiring about possible delivery. All Items are sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
The Ethnic-Fashion philosophy is ' customer satisfaction'. If you are unhappy with the goods ordered, you have 10 days to return the item to Ethnic-Fashion. Return postage charges are the responsibilty of the customer. In the event of an order being incorrect or faulty we will immediately exchange the item for you without charge.
All returned items must be unused and undamaged.
